One of the very best players in Ohio regardless of class. Tremendous athleticism and gained attention from big time programs as a sophomore. Honorable mention All-Ohio as a freshman and 2nd-team All-Ohio as a sophomore. He bench presses and vertical jumps 37-inches. O'Neal runs a 10.4 100 meters. Had 65 tackles, three interceptions, and three sacks as a senior and won first team All-Ohio honors in Division I. As a junior, he recorded 10 tackles 1 interception, 7 TDs receiving, and 4 TDs rushing in a shortened season. O'Neal carries a 3.0 GPA and committed to Ohio State well before his junior season.
