| Wilson has very good size and speed. Wilson is a physical and aggressive player on both sides of the ball. He has good quickness and a burst. At times he can be explosive as a back and ‘backer. Wilson is the type of player that doesn’t shy away from contact, whether he is in the play or not. He moves well laterally, can fight off traffic and find the ball carrier. In pass coverage Wilson shows good instincts, anticipation and vision. |

| As a senior, he was named to the "Fabulous 22" team by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Wilson finished his junior season with 950 yards rushing for 17 touchdowns. He also had 18 receptions and defensively, he finished with 79 tackles and two interceptions; he benches 225 pounds 17 times. Wilson has a 34-inch vertical jump.
Wilson: "I’m very physical and I can do a lot of different things. I can catch, run, block. I'm very tough and move really well.
"I'm working on running hills and improving my speed. I also want to get stronger too."
