| Devlin is a very cerebral football player and an outstanding student. he has a terrific frame, and could play TE or eventually move to offensive tackle. I was sold on Devlin when I saw him play basketball this winter. He is not just a big body who plays the low post, he can run the floor as well. He is a tremendous blocker and a very good receiver who is deceptively fast for his size |

| As a senior, Devlin earned second team Class AAAA Associated Press All-State honors. He was named first team All-Conference by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
As a junior, Devlin caught 12 passes for 100 yards. On defense, he recorded four sacks. Devlin was a first team All-WPIAL selection.
Devlin is an exceptional student with an impressive 3.8 core GPA and 1850 on his SAT.
