| The potential to be very good is definitely there for Hartline. He has excelent size and above average arm-strength. Solid athlete that makes good decisions. A little on the slight side. Will need to add bulk. Excelent charachter and leadership qualities. |

Hartline will be a three-year varsity starter in 2005. He took over the quarterback duties at Glen Oak, four games into his sophomore year. Considered one of the top 2005 quarterback prospects in the Midwest. Threw for 2,400 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior.
Scouting Report - Tall, athletic quarterback with a strong arm. Brother of Ohio State wide receiver commitment Brian Hartline. Will likely rate as Ohio's top quarterback prospect for the 2006 recruiting class. |
