| As a senior (11-2), Slocum had 78 tackles, 30 tackles for loss and eight sacks--all stats in eight games due to a hairline fracture to his lower right leg and a pulled left Achilles tendon. After an impressive junior season, Marques earned the following post-season honors: Student Sports Jr. All-American (OL), AP AAAA 2nd team All-State (OL), Philadelphia Inquirer All-Southeastern PA (DT), Philadelphia Daily News All-City (DT), Philadelphia Daily News All-Catholic (DT), Philadelphia Catholic Coaches All-Catholic (OL/DL). He finished his junior campaign with 75 tackles and nine sacks. Slocum bench presses 315, squats 500 and has a 23-inch vertical jump.
Slocum reports a 2.5 GPA/820 SAT--Jan 29 retest.
