In a recent article, the Detroit News’ Tom Markowski also mentioned the similarities between Malik and Jalen. Prep Spotlight’s Vince Baldwin somewhat agreed with the aforementioned comparison, calling Malik a cross between Jalen and Scottie Pippen.
