The number of scholarships available has changed recently with the 'oversigning by 3' rule, and the 'medical' classification of Zia Combs. This makes the total available to 17 (our estimate) now, with it assumed that Tyler Ecker and Quinton McCoy get 2 of them. With 7 verbal commitments, that leaves 8 more spots.
