Rancho Cucamonga is in the hometown 'backyard' for Michigan defensive backs coach Ron English, who hails from nearby Pomona and has recruiting responsibilities for the area. It appears Michigan has taken a liking to Rancho Cucamonga High School defensive end Averell Spicer. GoBlueWolverine Magazine spoke Tuesday evening with Spicer to see if the interest was mutual.
