Too many TOs: OSU 21, U-M 10

Three second half interceptions killed Michigan's attempts to get back into the game. Here are the second half drives, stats.

Michigan Possession #1
Daryl Stonum took the kickoff to the U-M 16.
U-M went 3 and out.

OSU Possession #1
OSU took the punt at their 41.
On 3rd down Jonas Mouton intercepted a tipped pass to the OSU 49 at the 13:07 mark.

Michigan Possession #2
On 2nd down Forcier scrambled to the OSU 38.
(Robinson in at QB on 2nd down), on 3rd down Forcier hit Mathews on a slant to the OSU 23.
On 3rd down Tate scramble and hit VIncent Smith for a pass-run for the TD at the 10:05 mark.

OSU 14, U-M 10

OSU Possession #2
A holding call took the kickoff back to the OSU 11.
Pryor scrambled and ran it to the OSU 29.
On 2nd down Brandon Saine ran it to the 50.
On the next play Dan Herron ran it to the U-M 37.
On 2nd down Pryor ran it to the U-M 25.
On the next play Herron ran it to the U-M 2.
Brandon Graham made 2 consecutive TFL's, but on 3rd down OSU screened it for the TD at the 4:46 mark.

OSU 21, U-M 10

Michigan Possession #3
U-M took the touchback to the U-M 20.
U-M went 3 and out at the 3:23 mark.

OSU Possession #3
Mesko punted it 53 yards, and a penalty moved it back to the OSU20.
OSU ran for a 1st down to the OSU 30.
Pryor ran for another 1st down to the OSU 41.


OSU gained 118 yards, 12 passing and 106 rushing, and scored a TD.
U-M gained 62 yards, 38 passing and 14 rushing, and scored a TD.

FOURTH QUARTER


The OSU drive stalled at the 13:49 mark.

Michigan Possession #4
Odoms took the punt at the U-M 17.
On 1st down Roundtree pass-ran it 43 yards to the OSU 40.
On 3rd down OSU intercepted a deep pass at the OSU 6 at the 12:11 mark.

OSU Possession #4
OSU went 3 and out at the 10:43 mark.

Michigan Possession #5
Odoms took the punt at the 50.
On 1st down Smith caught-ran it to the OSU 37.
On 2nd down, Denard in and threw it to Mathews to the OSU 28; on 3rd down Robinson ran dropped it, picked it up, at the OSU 10.
ON 2nd down Forcier threw an interception at the goal line, and returned to the OSU 19.

OSU Possession #5
OSU took the ball at the 19, and got a 1st down to the OSU 30.
Brandon Graham had anther TFL, and the drive stalled at the 5:30 mark.

Michigan Possession #6
Odoms took the punt at the U-M 46.
On 3rd down Tate threw an interception at the U-M 40 at the 3:34 mark.

OSU Possession #6
The OSU drive stalled at the U-M 34 at the 2:28 mark.

Michigan Possession #7
U-M took the ball at the U-M 34 and went 3 and out.

OSU ran the clock out.

FINAL STATS
U-M gained 320 yards, 235 passing and 85 rushing.
Forcier was 23-37 for 226 yards and a TD, with 4 ints.
OSU also gained 320 yards, 67 passing and 253 rushing.

4th Quarter Only Stats
U-M gained 94 yards, 65 passing and 34 rushing.
OSU gained 38 yards, 5 passing and 33 rushing.
