Michigan sets an all time Michigan record in total yards and first downs in winning 63-6.
U-M Possession #1
Stonum took the kickoff to the U-M 24.
Terrance Robinson
got a run-catch 1st down to the U-M 38.
Brandon Moore
caught a pass to the DSU 33.
U-M ran for another 1st down to the U-M 20.
U-M ran for another 1st down to the U-M 6.
After a flag back to the 10 and a TFL, U-M went for it on 4th down and was stopped at the U-M 2.
DSU Possession #1
Started at their 2, a face mask penalty took it to the DSU 24.
DSU got a 2nd 1st down to the DSU 36.
DSU got a 3rd 1st down to the DSU 46.
A flag moved it back to the DSU 31, but DSU got a 3rd 1st down to the U-M 38.
There the drive stalled and DSU punted it to the U-M 7 at the 4:31 mark.
U-M Possession #2
U-M started at their 7.
On 1st down Smith ran it to the U-M 22.
On the next play Smith ran it to the DSU 43.
A pass interference flag moved it to the DSU 28.
After the drive stalled, U-M went for it on 4th down and fell short at the 1:10 mark.

Starting at their 18, DSU got a 1st down to their 29.
There the drive stalled at the 13:19 mark, but a roughing the kicker call took it to the DSU 49.
On the next play DSU hit a long pass to the U-M 9.
There the drive stalled and DSU kicked a 24 yard field goal at the 11:35 mark.

U-M Possession #3
Roundtree took the kickoff to the U-M 27.
A Savoy catch took it to the U-M 43.
On the next play,
Mike Cox
ran it 57 for the TD at the 10:15 mark.
Michigan 56, DSU 6
DSU Possession #3
DSU took the kickoff to their 17.
On the 1st play, DSU got a run to the DSU 43.
There the drive stalled.
U-M Possession #4
The punt went out of bounds at the U-M 35 at the 7:13 mark.
U-M ran for a 1st down to the DSU 49.
David Cone
completed a pass to walkon Ricky Reyes to the DSU 16.
Mike Cox ran it to the DSU 2.
Cox ran it in at the 2:51 mark.

DSU took the kickoff to their 24.

U-M Possession #5
U-M returned the punt to the DSU 47 at the :18 mark.

U-M gained an all-time U-M record 721 yards, 266 passing and 455 rushing.
DSU had 213 total yards, 151 passing and 62 rushing.
Vincent Smith
had 166 yards on 17 carries and a TD.
