of the head coaching post at the University of Michigan based on a conversation

Moments later, Chuck Finder from the Pittsburgh

the report.
"West Virginia native and football coach Rich Rodriguez is leaving for
Michigan," Finder wrote. "Mr. Rodriguez went into a 1:30 meeting
today to tell his Mountaineers that after seven years he's leaving for a Big
Ten tradition."
GoBlueWolverine received word confirming the report as well. At 1:55
a source at Michigan said, "It's true, he's coming."
At 3 PM EST Michigan athletic director Bill Martin officially confirmed Ronriguez's
hirin. He will be introduced tomorrow at a 9 AM press conference.
