As Houston Cy-Fair running back Sam McGuffie goes on TV to announce his college decision ... he has told GoBlueWolverine:

"It's Michigan -- because it just had to be!"

"I just have to go there -- it has always been Michigan for me."

Maybe the biggest reason McGuffie is the newest Wolverine is:

"Coach Jackson -- he was the one coach who treated me as more than just a football player ... I love Coach Jackson."
