Artis Chambers Talks About the Visit Weekend

Michigan safety commitment Artis Chambers made his official visit this weekend. On Sunday afternoon he spoke with GoBlueWolverine about the visit, and about co-visitors Ronald Johnson and Austin Panter.

GoBlueWolverine spoke with verbal commitment Artis Chambers (5-11, 180) from Ft. Wayne, Ind., Snider.

How was your visit?

"It was really good. We got a tour of the campus, went to the basketball game and got to talk to over commitments and recruits."

Did anyone commit this weekend?

"Yeah the JC guy, Austin Panter."

Do you think Ronald Johnson will commit to Michigan?

"I think Michigan is his definite leader."

How did you know that Michigan was the right school for you?

"I always wanted to come here. It really felt right and I got really close to the coaches."

When are you starting school at Michigan?

"I'm going to be starting in January, but as of right now I'm undecided as to what major or classes I'm going to be taking."

What do you think about the BCS controversy right now, Michigan or Florida?

"I think there should be a playoff game to determine who goes to the national championship."
