John Elliott Sets U-M Visit, Date a Surprise

The first time GoBlueWolverine called the home of N.Y. O-lineman John Elliott, a prominent visitor had also just arrived. So naturally we hung up the phone and called back much later in the evening ...

When GoBlueWolverine first called the home of Meadows, New York offensive lineman John Elliott, John's mother answered and said:

"Don't you know who just walked into the living room? It's Coach Szabo (Michigan's East recruiter); he's here for an in-home visit!"

So naturally we hung up, and GBW waited until pretty late to call back. This time the mom said both John and his dad had gone to bed.

However, we got the information we wanted. A Michigan visit has been set -- but it's not until January 19th.

Since dates like this weekend and next had been but forward as possibilities by John and his father, this date was a bit of a surprise. But -- this way Michigan probably gets the last visit.
