New Kensington, Pa. wide receiver Toney Clemons selected the Michigan over Pittsburgh and a number of other schools at press conference at his high school this morning. Clemons, who is Scout.com's #8 receiver and #60 prospect overall, is Michigan's 15th known verbal commitment. Scout.com's Bob Lichtenfels is at the school and will have more comments from Clemons on his decision. Stay tuned.
