Manningham Big Ten Player of the Week - Again

After a two-touchdown, 113-yard performance in Michigan's 27-13 win Saturday over Wisconsin, wide receiver Mario Manningham was named the Big Ten Conference Player of the Week for the second-straight time. He is the second Wolverine to win the award two consecutive weeks, joining former Wolverine Desmond Howard, who won back-to-back honors in 1991.

After a career game against Notre Dame on Sept. 16, Michigan sophomore wide receiver Mario Manningham was named Big Ten Conference Player of the Week. He garnered the honor once again after a his two-touchdown, 113-yard performance against Wisconsin on Saturday. He joins former Wolverine great Desmond Howard as the only Michigan players to win back-to-back POW honors. Howard went on to win the Heisman Trophy in 1991.
