Once again GoBlueWolverine's NFL Anaylst Allen Trieu is down in Indianapolis at the NFL Draft…
Watson, Avant Work Out at NFL Combine
For complete NFL Draft coverage, go to Scout.com's TFY Draft Preview.
Michigan's four NFL Draft Attendees:
DL Gabriel Watson. He measured in at 6-3.5, 340 lbs. He ran 40 times of 5.25 (which, by the way, is what he ran at the 2003 U-M Nike Combine) and 5.32 seconds. About his workout at the combine, Scout.com's TFY Draft Review says, "Gabe Watson was solid at the start, then faded."
WR Jason Avant 6-0.5, 212 lbs. He reported injured and didn't run a 40 at the combine, but he did work out. Scout.com's TFY Draft Review says, "Michigan's Jason Avant also caught the ball well. Though scouts were surprised that, after making the announcement he would not run the forty because of a strained hamstring, Avant took part in the pass catching workout."
OL Adam Stenavich 6-4, 310 lbs. He reported injured, and did not run a 40 or work out.
TE Tim Massaquoi 6-2.5, 260 lbs. He reported injured, and did not run a 40 or work out.
