Greg Banks Still in HS, But No More Visits

There was an internet rumor that Michigan DE commitment Greg Banks visited Washington this past weekend. GoBlueWolverine talked to Bank's coach Monday morning to clear this up.

Dr. Oliver Banks, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Denver Montbello High School, told GoBlueWolverine:

"I know there was a list of Washington visitors out there than had Greg's name on it, I heard that, but that was false.

"Greg did not go to Washington this past weekend, and he is taking no more visits at all. Greg is 100% solid for Michigan.

"There were Washington coaches at our sports banquet recently, but we told them, sorry.

"It is true that Greg did not enroll at Michigan this week. He decided not to graduate early, but to stick around here and go to his prom and everything. I've had some kids enroll in college in January and some stay until the end, and Greg has decided to stay and graduate with his class.

"But Greg is 100% committed to Michigan. I hope this clears everything up out there."
