Profile
Ohio linebacker
Thaddeus Gibson
(6-3, 205, 4.5) finished his senior season with 56 tackles, 30 solos, two blocked punts and one kick return for touchdown.
Gibson still denies a leader, but favors Ohio State, Michigan, Tennessee, Penn State and Miami. All of his favorites have offered. He already visited Michigan (November 18) and Tennessee (December 2), and has a visit scheduled to Ohio State on January 13 and Penn State.
"Michigan is recruiting me the hardest," Gibson said. "Coach Scot Loeffler is recruiting me and I really like him. They've been by my basketball games and keep in regular contact with me. Overall, I love their program and the tradition they have.
"Ohio State has great tradition too. They also had a reallu good season and I love all the support they have. Basically, all of these schools have great programs. You couldn’t really ask for anything more from any of these places.
"Tennessee is great and I had a lot of fun on my trip," Gibson said. "I like the area and the campus a lot. It's a really comfortable place because the city is not too big and they are all really friendly."
He reports a 2.5 GPA and is waiting on his results from the ACT he recently took.
