Jeremy Ciulla almost never came out for football. But he was talked into it and the rest is…
Ciulla May Re-Schedule Official Visit to U-M
Ciulla was nice enough to chat with GBW even though he was suffering from a sinus infection. He had some news regarding his official visit to the Michigan campus, scheduled for December 5. "I'm pretty sure we're still going up then," Ciulla said. "But my mom has to get her plane ticket because she'll be going up with me and I haven't heard from the people who book my plane tickets yet. We'll be trying to get a hold of them in the next couple days but I may need to reschedule it for later."
Even though Ciulla is a Michigan commitment, it was understood he will be taking other visits. He has visits scheduled for Georgia Tech on December 19 and Arkansas on January 2, though that will need to be changed. "I'm playing in the U.S. Army All-Star game on Jan. 2 so I'll have to reschedule my visit to Arkansas," Ciulla said. "I'll also be going to Tennessee and Miami but those aren't set yet. I've been to Georgia Tech for a couple unofficials because they are right here and I went to the Georgia - Auburn game."
Is his pledge to Michigan firm? "It's solid," he said. "I'd have to see something pretty spectacular for me to change my mind. I just want to see the schools and see what they're like."
Ciulla tore his MCL in his left knee before the season but is back to 100 percent, even better. "I've been through physical therapy and I'm doing really well," he said. "Before the injury I could squat 480 lbs. and I just did 490 lbs. the other day."
Kennesaw Mountain finished the year 1-9.
