Wolverine Freshmen Impress at All Star Game

The annual Michigan High School All-Star game was a low scoring contest that didn't see it's first points until late in the 3rd quarter. It ended in a 12-6 victory for the East squad. Lapeer East's Jake Long will remind many Michigan fans of a former Flint area tackle that went on to don the Maize and Blue by the name of Jon Runyan.
