Decision Date Set for McMillon

Josh McMillon

Memphis (Tenn.) Whitehaven LB Josh McMillon announced Tuesday afternoon that a commitment is coming soon.

While at The Opening in Beaverton, Oregon last week Joshua McMillon said he might be making a decision in the next few months.  Today he announced via twitter that it will be.

The schools left standing for the four-star linebacker are Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, and Vanderbilt. The timing of the announcement makes getting him back on campus an even bigger priority for each of his finalists.  Alabama welcomed McMillon and his family back to Tuscaloosa last Saturday.

“I just came back Sunday,” said McMillon.  “It went great.  My parents loved it and I enjoyed myself, so everything went good.”

Next on the itinerary is a return trip to Ann Arbor for the annual Barbecue at the Big House on July 27th.  Unfortunately for the Maize & Blue they may not have the opportunity to match every aspect of his Alabama visit.

“I might not be able to get my parents up there,” McMillon reported.  “It might just have to be me.  I might have to ride with one of the other players coming up.”
At the moment the only other visit his considering is a trip to Auburn.

“(No date has been set) yet,” he reported.  “I might try to get down there with my coach.”
