Michigan basketball will head to Puerto Rico in November to compete in the Puerto Rico Classic.

The Michigan basketball team will get a short respite from the brisk fall temperatures in late November when it heads to Puerto Rico for the second time in program history to compete in a tournament.  This time the Wolverines will be participating in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off.

The Maize & Blue's opening game will be versus Long Beach State on Thursday November 21st with a 6 p.m. Atlantic Time (AT) tipoff and will be televised on ESPN2.  If the Wolverines win that game they will hit the court again Friday at 6 p.m. AT versus the winner of the Florida State / VCU match-up. If they lose they will play the loser of the aforementioned match-up at 8:30 p.m. AT.
