Midwest Recruits: Back in the Day

Would you believe me if I told you Jalin Marshall and Evan Lisle have been Buckeyes since pee-wee football? What if I said Ty Isaac has always been bound for So-Cal? We take a look back at some of the Midwest's top recruits in their earliest days of playing the game.

This is where the journey started, and tomorrow, on Signing Day, it takes a big step forward. Many of the Midwest's top recruits have been playing the sport for years and years, and as their biggest day arrives, our thanks goes out to the parents for sharing these early shots with us. It serves as a reminder that the next great Midwestern prospect is in a backyard somewhere with a ball, a tire, and an oversized helmet right now.
