Men's Hoops cruises over NMU, 83-47

Michigan coasted to a 83-47 exhibition win over Northern Michigan. Nik Stauskas led U-M in scoring with 17, Spike Albrecht added 16 and 6 assists. Jordan Morgan had 12 rebounds.

Michigan coasted to a 83-47 exhibition win over Northern Michigan.

The startling lineup was Spike Albrecht , Glenn Robinson, Jordan Morgan, Tim Hardaway, Matt Vogrich.

Albrech had a great first game -- 16 points (3-6 from three) and 6 assists, just 2 turnovers.

Nik Stauskas, ditto ... 4-6 from three, 17 points.

Glenn Robinson added 13 points (2-3 from three), as did Tim Hardaway.

Jordan Morgan had 9 points and 12 rebounds.

Mitch McGary added 5 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks.

U-M shot 42.9%, 41.9% from three (13-31). They had just 8 turnovers.
