Jaylon Smith established himself this summer as not only the top guy in the Indiana Top 50, but the region's best as well. The Notre Dame commit has elite speed and athleticism and the versatility to come forward and rush the passer or drop into coverage.

Ty Isaac is one of the nation's best backs and tops the Illinois Top 65. A USC commit, he's a good sized back who is smooth, explosive, and can catch the ball out of the backfield.

Michigan commit Shane Morris has elite arm strength, intangibles, and had another nice summer, proving once again that he belongs with the best and he is also the best in the Michigan Top 65.

Although his college position is unclear, Jalin Marshall, a high school quarterback, is one of best athletes in the country and a dangerous threat in the open field. He should play a variety of roles in college when he gets to Ohio State and he leads the Ohio Top 100.

Cretin Derham Hall wide receiver James Onwualu has good size and can make things happen after the catch. A Notre Dame commit, he is continuing the rich tradition that school has in pumping out football player and he heads the Minnesota Top 15.

James Quick

Jake Campos is an impressive athlete for his size and is one of the best offensive linemen in the Midwest, which is why he's on top in the Iowa Top 10. He was a big get for the Missouri Tigers.

Milton High defensive end A.J. Natter is a 6'6 kid who can run at that size and plays with motor and aggression and he's the leader in the Wisconsin Top 25. He'll fit in perfectly at Nebraska, where he's drawn some comparisons to Grant Wistrom.

Trinity is the state's top team and has several of the state's top players, including the top overall prospect, wide receiver James Quick, who is ranked at the top of the Kentucky Top 25. Aptly named, Quick is an explosive kid who can impact the game as a receiver and return man.
