Wolverines Offer Jenkins-Stone

Michigan offered one of the top juniors in the state today, Detroit Cass Tech linebacker Royce Jenkins-Stone.

Royce Jenkins-Stone has been on the Michigan radar for awhile, and new head coach Brady Hoke and his staff evaluated the 6-2, 215-lb quickly and today, he became one of the first in-state players they have offered.

"I got my offer from Michigan," he reported.

That adds to offers from Michigan State, Cincinnati, Iowa, Toledo and others. Jenkins-Stone was an All-City selection as a junior. He had 90 tackles, five sacks and three interceptions last season.

Scout.com and GoBlueWolverine.com will have more on him shortly.
