Sean Duggan Profile
"I thought it was really cool," said Duggan regarding Michigan's annual grudge match with Michigan State. "I'd never been to a Michigan football game. I'd of heard about it and it is pretty crazy. The Big House is sweet! It is even bigger than you think. I always think it helps to kind of feel the game day atmosphere. It was really cool to see."
Despite the Wolverine's disappointing loss to the Spartans, the Buckeye State standout managed to take away a distinct positive from what he saw of the Maize & Blue.
"I know I saw that they played all the way down to the final whistle, which is really impressive to me," stated Duggan. "They never gave up. They kept on calling timeouts trying to get the ball, which is really cool I think."
The only downside to Duggan's visit was he wasn't able to interact with the coaches quite as much he did during his prior trip.
"I kind of had to leave kind of quick after the game," Duggan explained. "I was going to see my uncle who lives in Detroit. I kind of had to bolt out of there to beat traffic. I said hi to Coach Dews and kind of talked to him about my game on Friday and stuff like that and said a quick hello to Coach Robinson and that is pretty much it."
The next day the talented youngster witnessed the Lions first win of the season. The Cincinnati St. Xavier star's uncle is the team's equipment manager.
"That was awesome," said Duggan regarding the Lions' 44-6 victory over St. Louis. "We kicked the Rams' ass!"
The next time Duggan hits the recruiting visit trail it will be to embark upon his officials. The Wolverines have already set a tentative timeframe for hosting him.
"I will probably take an official (to Michigan) sometime in December… early December."
